I"m not sure what a "vector potential wave" is, but it does make more
sense than the "Tesla scalar wave" nonsense found all over the crank
literature. I do presume that since induction is produced by the
Vector potential that such "action" travels at the the speed of light
or less. Whether or not it's a wave. remains to be seen.

I'd say the true test of this "dscovery" will be the publication in
Phys. Rev. It it's easily published and appears directly, that means
the discovery is certainly minor and probably wrong. If Phys. Rev.
calls the paper "speculation" and refuses to publish it and soon
"debunkers" appear everywhere attacking the intelligence of the
researchers (as happened for example in the "cold fusion" case) then
the discovery is certainly major and really important to the future of
our civilization. If on the other hand, the researchers end up
committing suicide by shooting themselves three times in the back of
the head. They you can be SURE it was an accidental happening upon a
totally revolutionary discovery long known by the government and
considered SO important to "national security" that even murder is
justified to protect the secret. In other words, if the truth of the
discovery were to become widely known, current systems of political
control would become seriously threatened.
