St. Petersburg, FL, July 25, 2011 – PSCU Financial Services posted 11% growth in its Total Member Care™ customized member servicing since the beginning of 2011. Year to date, it has signed contracts with 11 credit unions, representing 1 million additional members for its Contact Centers. The universal need for this fully featured member service offering is represented by the size range of credit unions signing new contracts—from those with $200 million in assets to credit unions with over $1 billion in assets.

More than 280 credit unions now use this comprehensive member support channel that can handle inquiries on a variety of financial services during and/or after business hours, and provides built-in business continuity/disaster recovery.
