Season tickets sales for the general public will be Aug. 15-19 from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (also available through the lunch hour).

PINE TREE FOOTBALL: Last year’s season ticket holders who want to renew their seats, and parents of varsity players may do so Aug. 15-19. Those who wish to relocate should purchase their same seats from last year and then can swap them by coming in the office on Wednesday, Aug. 24.
The general public will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets Aug. 29-Sept. 2.
Season ticket books for five home games are $25 and the athletic office (located at the high school) will sell tickets from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Tickets will be sold in the athletic office each week (home or away) from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and until noon on Friday.
MARSHALL FOOTBALL: Ticket sales are set for 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Aug. 1-3 (season ticket holders). Swap day (until noon) is set for Aug. 4. on Monday, Aug. 8, MISD employees, parents of varsity players and support groups may purchase tickets until 5 p.m.
Sales to the general public are set for Aug. 9-11 (until noon on Aug. 11).

HALLSVILLE FOOTBALL: Advanced season tickets for all varsity Hallsville football games are on sale from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. through Aug. 5 for previous ticket holders and parents of varsity players.
Sales to the general public will begin on Aug. 15. Price per seat is $40 for preferred chair backs and $30 for regular reserved.
After Aug. 26, tickets will be sold at regular price — preferred reserved $9, reserved $7 and general admission $6 per game.
Reserved and general admission will also be available weekly during the football season.
A fall pass is offered for $20 for any Tuesday/Thursday football game and any volleyball game or an all sports pass is available for $45 for any varsity or sub-varsity athletic event for the entire year (excluding Friday night football).
Tickets may be purchased at the athletic office on the high school campus.

SPRING HILL FOOTBALL: Season football tickets for Spring Hill’s 2011 football season will be sold Aug. 8-12 for current season ticket holders and parents of varsity football players. Tickets will be sold from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. at the new high school office.

Longview, Tyler among schools named unacceptable - KLTV 7 News ...
AUSTIN, TX (KLTV) - The Texas Education Agency released the 2011 District Accountability Ratings on Friday.
Several East Texas schools didn't make the cut. Among them are John Tyler High School, Robert E. Lee High School, and Longview High School.
But, it's not all bad news for TISD and Longview ISD. Owens and Jack Elementaries in Tyler, and Hudson Elementary in Longview have been rated exemplary.
Dr. Randy Reed, TISD Superintendent says he's disappointed with the three unacceptable ratings, but the district has filed an appeal to change Dogan Middle School to an acceptable rating. He says he's confident that will be done.
Reed also say this year's results have a lot to do with a new academic rating system.
Other schools scored exemplary status. Jacksonville ISD had two schools earn top marks. So did Mt. Pleasant ISD. Whitehouse had one school earn exemplary ranking.
